About GnuPT-Portable

GnuPT-Portable is used to safely encrypt your data via your USB-Stick. GnuPT-Portable is small, handy and extremely comfortable to use. All necessary files are imported or downloaded from local installation.

* 5-language (German, English, Russian, French and Spanish) configuration assistant
* Import the required components from a locally installed GnuPT installation
* Download the required components directly from the GnuPT server
* Import of local key rings into your GnuPT portable
* Extensive configuration options
* Virtual keyboard for protection against keyloggers on other PCs or other curious people (GnuPT-Portable.ini)
* Auto-update feature that keeps your GnuPT portable up-to-date
* Gender settings are saved when you exit
* Temporary files are not stored on the hard disk of the guest system, but on the stick
* WinPT debug mode can be activated for error search (GnuPT-Portable.ini)
* Component check: GnuPT-Portable verifies whether all the required components are available at startup, and retrieves missing components (by request)
* Configuration check: GnuPT-Portable checked on startup, the entries are valid in GnuPT-Portable.ini. Incorrect entries are overwritten with the default value
* Can be used without any loss of data if an existing GnuPT installation is available
* Every time GnuPT-Portable is started, your key rings are saved in a separate directory
